GENERAL COOPERATION RULES:    

 

1. We will only cooperate with companies which have registered their economic activity.

 

2. There is no minimum quantity order restriction.

 

3. Our products can be sold at online auction and shopping websites as well as at stationary shops.

 

4. The title or description of the product has to include our brand names.

 

5. All the pictures of products on offer are available at www.eprestige.eu/files

 

6. We don’t accept returns, only exchanges (product must be in original condition) within max. 2 days after receipt. We can exchange product on the same model, but other colour/size.

 

7. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will refund a total price (the purchase price of the product + shipping both ways*). If you change your mind about an item, your refund will be reduced by a shipping cost (we will only refund the purchase price).

 

8. If you exchange a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you will be responsible for return shipping* and delivery. If you change your mind about an item and wish to Exchange, you will be responsible for the return and delivery shopping.
